My signs went up on Sunday 6th of September.
Start the way you mean to continue. This is the third time I have used or reused these signs. I would call it value for money, cost effective and efficient. That is how government should be run. That is how I would like government to be run.
Minimise waste and concentrate on the basics. How many billions could we save if our government adopted the same philosophy.
The basic sign stay the same but I have had an orange banner added on for the last two campaigns. I started with 48 signs and I am now down to 42 of the originals. 2 disappeared completely, and 4 were spray painted. I have splashed out for 24 new signs this year to top up the numbers. The stakes are second hand.
I have made a frame so I can install the signs single handed (I am an engineer after all). The first year it was a two man job and very slow. Now I can do it myself in under 5 minutes. You can see the frame sitting in the back of the sign wagon.
